I am so much looking forward to my upcoming course „introduction to mindfulness meditation“! Together, we will explore how to establish a regular meditation practice. We will deep dive into working with our thoughts and emotions and how to release unhelpful beliefs. We will uncover the power of loving kindness and explore practices to cultivate gratitude and joy in our lives. In our last session we will focus on impact!
Participants will receive a weekly meditation and practices to integrate mindfulness into our daily lives.
