Finding flow - Retreat in ITALY

17-23 March 2024 | La rosa dei 4 venti | PUGLIA

MINDFULNESS, YOGA, BREATHWORK RETREAT

Join us on a transformative journey, where ancient wisdom meets modern science. Reconnect with your inner wisdom as we guide you through a six-day experience designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to refocus on what matters most to you.

Throughout this retreat, we’ll delve deep into the realms of mindfulness, drawing from both time-honored traditions and cutting-edge research.

Our mission is to help you find presence, tranquility, and a profound connection with your heart. Through a harmonious blend of mental and physical practices, we create a nurturing environment for self-discovery and personal growth, allowing you to integrate past experiences and set a clear path towards your future.

Taught in collaboration with my spiritual friend, mindfulness teacher, and holistic health coach Constanze Lullies.

MONTHLY WISDOM CIRCLE

SATURDAYS 9-10:30 CET | 5 sessions | STARTS ON 30 SEPT

This monthly series is an open drop-in class. It is for participants who seek to practice within a community, deepen their practice, receive guidance and share with like-minded people who want to create positive change for themselves and the Planet.

Each month, we deep-dive into a particular topic together, e.g. change, purpose, joy, grief, compassion in the context of or current times. The focus is to share our experiences, integrate the practices into our everyday lives, and support each other on our journeys.

These sessions will last 90 minutes and include a talk, a guided mediation and a group sharing. The group will serve as a safe container and source of wisdom.

After an initial registration you receive the zoom link where we will meet the last Saturday of each month. We will run this new format as a pilot for six months from Sept 23 to Feb 24.

Taught in collaboration with my spiritual friend, mindfulness teacher, and holistic health coach Constanze Lullies.

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

online - LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS

This 6-week course is for those who want to start a regular meditation practice as well as for those that want to deepen their existing practice.

The course will teach you the foundations of mindfulness meditation working, with the breath, body, thoughts and emotions. You will also learn about tools for deep inner work, such as working with difficult emotions, releasing limiting beliefs and practicing compassion. We will also look at the possibility to rewire our brain towards more happiness and joy, even – or perhaps especially – when times are difficult.

By establishing a regular meditation practice, you will increase your resilience in times of crisis and uncertainty.

If you are interested in participating drop me a note – I am very much looking forward to hearing from you!
