This work accelerates of your inner work practice. It has been effectively used to help people cope with stress, anxiety, trauma and physical tension.  All you need to do is breathe and allow yourself to feel! 

Transformational Breathjourneys are based on traditional indigenous practices, therapeutic non-ordinary states of consciousness, and modern science and technology. This technique uses a combination of intensive breathing, music, coaching, and somatic work to access your body’s wisdom and healing power. 

Each breath journey is unique and unleashing the healing that your body guides you through at that moment.  You don’t need to be an experienced meditator to do this, you can even be skeptical. Your body will do the all the work. All you have to do is the courage to breathe and feel.

Your body is your teacher. Your breath is your medicine. I am honored to serve as your guide.

We’ll dive deep into your intentions and aspirations, crafting a personalized journey that aligns with your unique objectives. Throughout the experience, I’ll be your unwavering guide, offering support, insight, and encouragement every step of the way.

Should you choose an in-person session, you’ll benefit from intuitive somatic bodywork that’s designed to release pent-up emotions and help you venture even deeper into your own transformative journey.

Whether you chose an in-person or online session, your safety and comfort are paramount, and I’ll be there to ensure you feel secure throughout the process.



This monthly series is an open drop-in class. It is for participants who seek to practice within a community, deepen their practice, receive guidance and share with like-minded people who want to create positive change for themselves and the Planet.

Each month, we deep-dive into a particular topic together, e.g. change, purpose, joy, grief, compassion in the context of or current times. The focus is to share our experiences, integrate the practices into our everyday lives, and support each other on our journeys.

These sessions will last 90 minutes and include a talk, a guided mediation and a group sharing. The group will serve as a safe container and source of wisdom.

After an initial registration you receive the zoom link where we will meet the last Saturday of each month. We will run this new format as a pilot for six months from Sept 23 to Feb 24.

Meditation Practice - INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE

Do you feel stuck in your meditation practice and would like some guidance? Or want to start your own practice and just don’t know where to begin?

With over 20 years of experience, as a business owner and mom of twins, I know how difficult it can be to maintain your regular meditation practice. 

You are welcome to join the monthly drop in class (Wisdom Circle). However, if you prefer one on one guidance and experience a live guided meditation we can schedule a session just for you.

We’ll take about 40 minutes, the first twenty to discuss any questions you may have regarding your practice and the last twenty minutes for a live guided meditation.
