Transformational Breath - Live group

The technique uses a combination of intensive breathing, music, coaching, and somatic work to access your body’s wisdom and healing power. 

Transformational Breathjourneys are based on traditional indigenous practices, therapeutic non-ordinary states of consciousness, and modern science and technology. 

We do not use any substances – all you do is breathe! This work is an accelerator of your inner work practice. It has been effectively used to help people cope with stress, anxiety, trauma and physical tension. 

You don’t need to be an experienced meditator to do this, you can also be skeptical. Your body will do the work. All you have to do is the courage to breathe and feel.


Transformational Breath - Live 1-1 ONline


Are ready to let go whatever is holding you back and do some deep breathing to make space for more connection, freedom, and love?

Transformational Breath Journeys also work very well online. If you want to practice in the privacy or your own home, with my 1-1 attention, and without having to wait for the next live workshop – this is a great option for you to keep doing the work.

As in the live session, you will get an introduction to what transformational breath is and how it works. We will discuss your objective for this session, and I will incorporate it into your journey. I will be there with you all the way, guiding you throughout the session and taking time with you afterward to integrate your experience.

You will get instructions on how to breathe and what to do an our call. All you need is a quiet room where you can be comfortable and a set of headphones.


10-11am CET | LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS | STARTS september 2023

Each month, we deep-dive into a particular topic together (e.g. impermanence, change, joy, grief, self-compassion or purpose). The focus is to share our experiences, learn from each other, integrate the practices into our everyday lives and support each other on our journeys. 

These sessions will last 60 minutes and include a talk, a guided mediation and a group sharing of our insights. The group will serve as a safe container and source of wisdom. 

This monthly series is an open drop-in class. It is for participants who want to deepen their existing practice, receive guidance and learn with like-minded people who create positive change for themselves and the Planet.

Taught in collaboration with mindfulness teacher and health coach Constanze Lullies. 

We will run this new format as a pilot for the first six months (Feb 24) – for fee!

Meditation Practice - INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE

Do you feel stuck in your meditation practice and would like some guidance? Or want to start your own practice and just don’t know where to begin?

With over 20 years of experience, as a business owner and mom of twins, I know how difficult it can be to maintain your regular meditation practice. 

You are welcome to join the monthly drop in class (Wisdom Circle). However, if you prefer one on one guidance and experience a live guided meditation we can schedule a session just for you.

We’ll take about 40 minutes, the first twenty to discuss any questions you may have regarding your practice and the last twenty minutes for a live guided meditation.
