ONLINE MEDITATION COURSE
LIVE SESSIONS VIA ZOOM - OPEN FOR SUBSCRIPTION
This is the online version of the “Introductory Course to Mindfulness”. It takes place on weekly basis in a closed group of approx. 6 participants.
The course will teach you the foundations of mindfulness meditation and the tools for deep your inner work, such as working with difficult emotions, releasing limiting beliefs and practicing compassion. We will also look at the possibility to rewire our brain towards more happiness and joy, even – or perhaps especially – when times are difficult.
By establishing a regular meditation practice, you will increase your resilience in times of crisis and uncertainty.
This course will take place on demand, as soon as a group can be formed. If you are interested in participating, I am very looking forward to hearing from you!

INTRODUCTURY COURSE TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
29.2. - 30.4,2020 in zurich -PAST EVENT/SOLD OUT
This course is for those who want to start a regular meditation practice as well as for those that want to deepen their existing practice.
First, we will build the foundations for your practice, working with the breath, body, thoughts and emotions. The following sessions will cover the practice of lovingkindness, forgiveness and the cultivation of joy and happiness. Finally, we reflect on what “mindfulness in action” means to you and how to integrate the key learnings into your life, thereby creating conscious impact for yourself and for others.
Each session includes a talk, meditation, group work and Q&A. You will be asked to practice a particular meditation for one week and experiment with mindfulness practices in your everyday life. The following week, you can share your experience and ask any related questions within the group. You also always have the opportunity to get personal guidance on your meditation practice throughout the course.
