MINDFUL IMPACT – A MORNING MEDITATION

These sessions are for conference participants (by invitation only). Together, we reflect on the importance of affecting change from a place of calm, compassion and purpose.

The Klosters Forum is a purposefully small yet global community where, each year, a number of selected international thought-leaders and decision-makers from different backgrounds tackle some of the world’s most pressing environmental issues.

CREATING CONSCIOUS IMPACT - FOR YOURSELF AND THE PLANET

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION course | LIVE ON ZOOM | STARTS MAY 2022

A 6-week course introductory mindfulness course for people who want to create positive change in the world – for themselves and others. 

The course will teach you the foundations of mindfulness meditation working, with the breath, body, thoughts and emotions. You will also learn about tools for deep inner work, such as working with difficult emotions, releasing limiting beliefs and practicing compassion. We will also look at the possibility to rewire our brain towards more happiness and joy, even – or perhaps especially – when times are difficult.

By establishing a regular meditation practice, you will increase your resilience in times of crisis and uncertainty. 

This course is for those who want to start a regular meditation practice as well as for those that want to deepen their existing practice.

MONTHLY MEDITATION DEEP DIVE

online - LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS - STARTS SEPTEMBER 2022

These sessions are for those who have completed the introductory course (or are experienced meditators) who want deepen their existing practice, learn and practice within a group.

Each month, we deep-dive into a particular topic together (e.g. impermanence, change, joy, grief, self-compassion or purpose). The focus is to share our experiences, learn from each other and integrate the practices into our everyday lives. 

These sessions will last 90 minutes and include a talk, a guided mediation and a group sharing of our insights. The group will serve as a safe container and source of wisdom. 

This monthly series will open to 5-8 dedicated participants in autumn 2022.

Being Wholesome Retreat in ITALY

7 Day Mindfulness & Yoga Retreat 

In this retreat, you’ll learn various practices that allow you to live in greater harmony with your inner wisdom and purpose. Together, we will visit the wholesome states of steadying the mind, cultivating positive emotions of loving kindness, compassion, gratitude and joy. The retreat will close with a contemplation on your deep intention for this life and what truly matters.

Our teachings are based on the wisdom of Vipassana and Mahayana Buddhist schools, Yoga Asana, classical pranayama and modern breathing practices, mind-body and functional medicine, coaching and 20 years of personal practice.

The retreat involves daily meditations, yoga and pranayama practices, theoretical inputs and group sharing. It leaves time for you to relax or explore the beautiful surroundings. Parts of the retreat will be in silence.

This retreat is taught together with my lovely friend and Yoga & Meditation Teacher Constanze Lulllies.

Hello 2022! - 1 Day Mini Retreat in Klosters

January 2022

Start the new year with gratitude and focus!

This is for an small group, ready to go deep, to process some of the major events in our lives in 2021 and to focus on what matters to us as we enter into the New Year, 

You will spend the first part of the day becoming present in your body, slowing down, meditating and walking in nature. A light vegetarian lunch will be served.

We’ll spend the afternoon working with thoughts and emotions, letting go of what is no longer needed. We’ll look at lessons learned, unexpected gifts and say goodbye to the old year and welcome 2022 with new clarity, energy and purpose.
