INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

online - LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS

This course is for those who want to start a regular meditation practice as well as for those that want to deepen their existing practice.

The course will teach you the foundations of mindfulness meditation working, with the breath, body, thoughts and emotions. You will also learn about tools for deep inner work, such as working with difficult emotions, releasing limiting beliefs and practicing compassion. We will also look at the possibility to rewire our brain towards more happiness and joy, even – or perhaps especially – when times are difficult.

By establishing a regular meditation practice, you will increase your resilience in times of crisis and uncertainty.

This course will take place on demand, as soon as a group can be formed. If you are interested in participating, I am very looking forward to hearing from you!

1 Day MINI Retreat

ADDITIONAL DATES COMING OUT SOON

Unplug your phone and give yourself a day to reconnect within yourself.

You will spend the first part of the day becoming present in your body, slowing down, meditating and walking in nature. A light vegetarian lunch will be served.

We’ll subsequently work with thoughts and emotions, taking a closer look at some of the things that are currently coming up for you. This way we will make room to process your experience and allow new clarity, energy and heartfulness to emerge.
